TLAYUDAS Y GUELAGUETZA
Las Tlayudas son una comida típica de Oaxaca. La Guelaguetza es una fiesta de bailes típicos oaxaqueños. En un restaurante típico en el centro podemos cenar y disfrutar del show de baile juntos.
Tlayudas (grote tortillas) zijn een typisch gerecht uit de keuken van Oaxaca. Guelaguetza is een feest bestaande uit meerdere typische dansen uit de staat Oaxaca. In een restaurant dat gelegen is in het centrum van de stad kunnen we beide combineren.
Tlayudas are a typical food from Oaxaca. La Guelaguetza is a Oaxaca dance festivity. In a restaurant nearby the city center we can enjoy both of them together.

VISITA A MEZCALERÍA
El mezcal es la bebida por excelencia oaxaquena. En la visita a la mezcaleeria podemos ver el proceso de su producción y degustar. Esto es en las afueras de la ciudad.
Mezcal is veruit de belangrijkste drank van Oaxaca. Tijdens dit bezoek wordt uitgelegd hoe het volledige proces in elkaar zit en wordt er afgesloten met een tasting van verschillende soorten mezcal.
Mezcal is the most typical drink from Oaxaca. In the visit to a mezcalería we can learn and see the production procedure and taste mezcal.
